PRIVACY POLICY – SECUTECH GROUP

1. General and Consent

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Secutech Group, which includes the following companies: Secutech Consulting and Management Ltd., Techno-Sec Ltd., and I.C. Air Conditioning Technologies Ltd. (hereinafter collectively and individually: the "Company" or "we") collects, processes, stores, and shares personal information regarding users (hereinafter: the "User" or "you") who visit and use the Company’s website and its services.

The Company respects the privacy of its users and operates in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and other regulations promulgated thereunder. You hereby acknowledge and agree that your actual use of the website, completion of digital forms, and/or communication with the Company constitutes your voluntary consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and Storage Location

The Company may collect two types of information:

  • Non-Personal Information: Statistical and aggregate information that does not directly identify the User, such as browser type, operating system, IP address (to the extent it does not identify an individual), access times, and pages viewed.

  • Personal Information: Data that identifies an individual or may identify an individual with reasonable effort, such as full name, email address, telephone number, the name of the organization/company on whose behalf you are contacting us, and any other information voluntarily provided by you when contacting us or applying for a position.

Please note: You are under no legal obligation to provide the information, and providing it depends solely on your free will. However, without providing the required information in the website forms, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry and/or provide you with the requested services. The information provided by you will be stored in the Company's databases (which are registered or managed lawfully in accordance with the Company's statutory obligations).

3. Purposes of Using the Information and Direct Marketing

The Company will use the information for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries, providing customer service, and managing the business relationship with you or with the organization on whose behalf you contacted us.

  • Improving the user experience on the website, performing statistical analysis, and developing new services within the Group.

  • Sending marketing materials, newsletters, publications, and commercial offers (including direct marketing services as defined by law) – subject to receiving your active consent as required by law.

  • Maintaining data and website security, preventing fraud, cyber protection, and enforcing the Terms of Use.

  • Complying with legal requirements, court orders, and managing legal proceedings or protecting the rights of the Company.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website uses Cookies and similar tracking technologies for its ongoing operation, data security, collecting statistical data, and tailoring content and advertisements. Cookies enable the website to remember your preferences and to navigate between pages efficiently. You can block, restrict, or delete Cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may impair the functionality of the website and certain aspects of the user experience.

5. Sharing and Transferring Information to Third Parties

We will not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with third parties strictly in the following circumstances:

  • Between the Secutech Group companies listed in Section 1 above, for the purpose of providing joint services, unified customer relationship management, and streamlining the business operations of the Group.

  • Subcontractors and external service providers who assist in operating the website and services (such as cloud hosting providers, CRM systems, mailing systems, and marketing services), who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and data security at a level no less stringent than that of the Company.

  • In the event of a structural change within the Group, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of business operations, provided that the acquiring entity undertakes the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

  • Pursuant to a judicial order, a legal requirement from a competent authority, or within the framework of a legal proceeding to which the Company is a party.

  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public, in the event of a suspected unlawful act or a breach of the Terms of Use.

6. International Transfers of Information

Due to the nature of our operations and the use of global service providers (such as cloud services provided by Microsoft, Google, AWS, etc.), information may be stored or processed in countries outside the borders of the State of Israel, including the United States and the European Union. The Company ensures that any such transfer of information is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Outside State Borders), 5761-2001, and while ensuring an adequate level of protection for the information.

7. Data Security and Retention

The Company implements physical, technological, and organizational security measures in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, in order to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. However, the User understands that no system is completely immune to intrusion or cyber-attacks; therefore, the transmission of information over the internet is at the User’s own risk. Information will be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or for a longer period as required by law (e.g., for statute of limitations or tax purposes).

8. User Rights – Review, Correction, and Deletion under the Law

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you are entitled to review the information held about you in the Company's databases. If you find that the information is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to contact us and request its correction or deletion. In addition, to the extent that the information is used for contacting you via "direct marketing" (commercial offers), you are entitled to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the database used for direct marketing, as well as to request removal from the mailing list at any time (via the "unsubscribe" button in the body of the messages or by contacting us directly). 9. Minors

The website and the services provided thereon are not intended for minors under the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and if it is discovered that such information was collected inadvertently, it will be deleted immediately upon discovery.

10. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

The Company reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological, business, or regulatory changes. The most current and binding version will always be posted on the website and will become effective upon its publication. You are advised to review this policy periodically.
